Paris Hilton is an American businesswoman, media personality, model, singer, actress and disc jockey, born on February 17, 1981 in New York, USA.  She is one of the great-granddaughters of Conrad Hilton, founder of the Hilton hotel chain. Her participation in the show "The Simple Life" propelled her to public notoriety as early as 2003. The following year, she was the victim of a sex tape, filming her frolics with Rick Salomon, entitled 1 Night in Paris
