Tarragon

Tarragon is a herbaceous, perennial, semi-evergreen. In perfumery, the leaves, stems and flowers are steam distilled. Tarragon is part of the "aromatic" scent family, just like lavender or rosemary. Tarragon is found mainly in the top note and in men's fragrances, as it gives off aromatic herbal fragrances. However, tarragon has other notes, slightly peppery and bitter. It even has a sweet smell reminiscent of fennel, anise or licorice. Its aromas are fresh and powerful.
