Tonka Bean
Brazilian teak, a gigantic tree that can reach up to 30 meters in height, produces treasures, small black seeds called tonka beans. The perfumery quickly exploited these beans in order to exhale its aromas of almond notes in our bottles. In its raw state, the flavor of tonka bean is toasted and almond-like reminiscent of caramel or dried hay, but it is in its transformation that the magic happens to produce a delicious powdery scent. It is widely used today in ferns, Orientals or even flowers.
It is one of the ingredients present in our Sagittarius fragrance!
