Meryl Streep

Mary Louise Streep (born June 22, 1949 in Summit) is an American actress. Considered by many as a "model actress", as are the male side Gary Oldman or Robert De Niro, she is one of the best actresses of her generation for her ability to fade behind her characters, the extreme accuracy of her playing, the richness of her register and the emotional density of her compositions. As such, she has been recognized many times by her peers.
