The customer must verify the completeness and conformity of the information he provides when ordering, in particular concerning the delivery address.
SAS ASTRODISIAC cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the resulting consequences (for example, delays or delivery errors). In this context, the costs incurred for the redirection of the order would be at your expense.
SAS ASTRODISIAC reserves the choice of the carrier and guarantees the correct delivery of the products.
As far as shipping is concerned, we mainly work with Colissimo Suivi. As soon as the company SAS ASTRODISIAC starts sending, the customer immediately receives an informative email.
In addition to being economical, the Colissimo Suivi service offers you the possibility to pick up the products ordered at your post office closest to the delivery address in case of absence of the initial delivery place when the letter carrier is presented. Concretely, if you are absent on the day of delivery, your letter carrier will leave you a notice of passage in your mailbox, which will allow you to pick up your parcel at your post office during business hours, within 15 days. However, as with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the product may go astray. In case of a delay in delivery compared to the date we have indicated in the shipping email, we ask you to notify us of this delay by phone call or by sending us an email. We will then contact the Post Office to start an investigation. A postal survey can last up to 21 days from the date the survey is started. If during this period, the product is found, it will be forwarded immediately to your home (the majority of cases). If, however, the product is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, La Poste considers the parcel lost. Only then can we send you a replacement at our expense. If the product or products ordered were no longer available at that time, we would refund you the amount of the products affected by the carrier’s loss. If the product(s) were still available, but had changed the selling price on the site, we would apply the new selling prices, either by reimbursing you by cheque for the difference, or by requesting a supplementary cheque for this price difference. We do not accept any responsibility for the lengthening of delivery times due to the carrier, especially in case of loss of products or strike.
The products remain the property of the company SAS ASTRODISIAC until the full collection of the order.
Courier delivery issues
The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered product.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product in relation to the delivery note, damaged parcel, broken products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reservations", accompanied by the signature of the customer. At the same time, the consumer must confirm this anomaly by sending a registered letter to the carrier within two (2) working days of the delivery date with an acknowledgement of receipt setting out the said complaints. The consumer must send a copy of this letter by fax or simple mail to SAS ASTRODISIAC within one week to:

If this procedure is not followed, SAS ASTRODISIAC is not responsible for any exchanges or refunds of products.
Orders placed before noon are usually shipped the same day (excluding weekends).
The average delivery time is 3 days (excluding Sunday).
Custom products require an additional 30 days due to workshop operations.
Deliveries are made in metropolitan France (including Corsica) as well as in all international countries.
The products offered comply with the legislation and standards applicable in France.
For any purchase for export, you must check the specificity of the legislation in force in the country concerned, whether for taxes, declarations or prohibitions.
The liability of the company SAS ASTRODISIAC cannot be incurred in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered, it is up to you to verify with the local authorities the possibilities of import or use of the products.
A contribution to the shipping costs is extra. This participation may be reduced or eliminated depending on the current commercial operations.
Shipping costs are calculated before validation for acceptance of yoxur order.
