Article 1 : Purpose

The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods and services offered by SAS ASTRODISIAC to the customer. They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.


The contract, resulting from the order, is made up of the following contractual documents, presented in descending hierarchical order: these general conditions and the order form. Section 2: Products

2-a : The products offered for sale by the company DESIGN'NAA are those appearing on the site www.astrodisiac.fr , on the day of the consultation of the site by the Customer.

2-b : The offers presented by SAS ASTRODISIAC are only valid within the limits of available stocks.

Article 3: Price

The prices are presented in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding delivery costs which remain the responsibility of the customer and which are indicated before the validation of the order, except for particular mentions or conditions. All orders, whatever their origins, are payable in euros.
The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products in the online store. Payment of the full price must be made when ordering.


SAS ASTRODISIAC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of the order.


Article 4: Order

Prior to his order, the customer declares:

The customer's "double click" on the order form constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature; the order is then considered irrevocable.

The contractual information will be confirmed by e-mail at the latest at the time of delivery or, failing that, to the address indicated by the consumer in the order form. The consumer can, at his request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the billing address and not to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.

The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of SAS ASTRODISIAC under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. Archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.

Article 5: Methods of payment

Article 6: Availability of products

The order will be executed at the latest within 30 days from the day following that on which the consumer placed his order. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, in particular because of our suppliers, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling his order. The consumer will then have the choice to request either the refund of the sums paid within 30 days at the latest of their payment or the exchange of the product.

Article 7: Terms of delivery

7-a: Contact details

SAS ASTRODISIAC cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors and the resulting consequences (for example delays or delivery errors). In this context, the costs incurred for the re-shipment of the order would be at your expense.

7-b: Delivery

SAS ASTRODISIAC reserves the choice of carrier and guarantees the correct delivery of the products.

As far as shipping is concerned, we mainly work with Colissimo Suivi. As soon as SAS ASTRODISIAC sends a shipment, the customer immediately receives an informative email.

In addition to being economical, the Colissimo Suivi service offers you the possibility of recovering the products ordered from your post office closest to the delivery address in the event of the absence of the initial place of delivery when presenting the factor. Concretely, if you are absent on the day of delivery, your postman will leave you a transit advice note in your mailbox, which will allow you to collect your package at your post office during opening hours, within 15 days.

However, it is possible, as in any expedition, that there may be a delay in delivery or that the product may get lost. In the event of late delivery in relation to the date that we have indicated to you in the dispatch email, we ask that you notify us of this delay by calling us by telephone or by sending us an email. We will then contact the Post Office to start an investigation. A Poste investigation can last up to 21 days from the start date of the investigation. If during this period, the product is found, it will be re-routed immediately to your home (most cases). If on the other hand the product is not found at the end of the period of 21 days of investigation, the Post office considers the parcel as lost. Only then can we send you a replacement product, at our expense. 7-c: Delivery problems due to the carrier

The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered.

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reservations", accompanied by the customer's signature. The consumer must at the same time confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier within two (2) working days following the delivery date a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out the said complaints. If this procedure is not followed, SAS ASTRODISIAC disclaims all liability for any exchanges or refunds of products.

7-d: Delivery times

Orders placed before 12 noon are generally dispatched the same day (excluding weekends).
The average delivery time is 3 days (excluding Sundays).
Custom products require an additional 30 days due to shop operations.

7-e: Localities served
Deliveries are made in mainland France (Corsica included) as well as in all international countries.

7-f: International delivery
The products offered comply with the legislation and standards applicable in France.
For any purchase for export, you must check the specificity of the legislation in force in the country concerned, whether for taxes, declarations or prohibitions.
SAS ASTRODISIAC cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered, it is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products.

7-g: Shipping costs

A contribution to the shipping costs is invoiced in addition. This participation may be reduced or eliminated depending on current commercial operations.
Shipping costs are calculated before validation for acceptance of your order.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal - Exchange and refund

Beyond the legal withdrawal period of 14 clear days (Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code "the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs”), SAS ASTRODISIAC reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

Any request not made in accordance with the rules defined above will release SAS ASTRODISIAC from any liability vis-à-vis the customer.

Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of SAS ASTRODISIAC and the obtaining of a return number issued by the latter to the customer, which must be very legibly written on any returned package.
The return of the goods is carried out at the expense, risk and peril of the customer. SAS ASTRODISIAC therefore recommends delivery with delivery against signature and insurance of the package. Products returned by carrier without physical protection or poorly protected will be refused. It is therefore up to the customer to take care to protect and insure the product(s) returned during their transport.

The returned item must be unworn and accompanied by a copy of the purchase order or invoice and informally, to note the reason for return, so that we can improve our service. Products returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be exchanged or refunded.

Refund
The reimbursement of the article will be made upon receipt of it. This repayment is made by any means of payment. On the proposal of the company SAS ASTRODISIAC , the customer can however opt for another method of reimbursement.
If a reduction code is used when ordering, the amount refunded will take this reduction into account.
Our customer service will contact the customer to inform them of the correct refund for the item.

Exchange
The item will be exchanged within 30 days of receipt by SAS ASTRODISIAC .
The customer must attach to his return a lump sum check for €5.95 for the costs of preparing and sending the new item chosen.
If the new order is for a higher amount, the customer must enclose payment of the balance with the exchange request. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the initial amount, the customer will be refunded the amount of the difference.

In the event of a delivery error

If a delivery error has been made in relation to the order, SAS ASTRODISIAC will cover the return costs by sending a Colissimo Return Slip that the customer must stick on the package before taking it to their office. Article 9: Right of withdrawal

From the date of receipt or withdrawal of his order, the customer has a period of 14 days to announce his decision to withdraw and return, at his expense, the products that do not suit him.

If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day. Only products returned as a whole will be taken back, in their complete and intact original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
