Right of withdrawal - Exchange and refund
Beyond the statutory withdrawal period of 14 clear days (Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code “the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the costs of return”), SAS ASTRODISIAC reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
Products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (engraving, sizing) are not taken back or exchanged except if it is a return following the delivery of a product not complying with the order, and where the customer cannot be deprived of the right of return of the product, even if the latter has been personalized.
The formulation of the request for exchange or refund with the company SAS ASTRODISIAC must be made by phone at 06 61 99 52 14 Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm.
Any request not made in the rules defined above will release the company SAS ASTRODISIAC from any liability towards the customer.
Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of SAS ASTRODISIAC and the obtaining of a return number issued by SAS ASTRODISIAC to the customer, which must be clearly written on any returned package.
The return of the goods is done at the expense, risk and peril of the customer. SAS ASTRODISIAC therefore recommends delivery with delivery against signature and package insurance. Products returned by carrier without physical protection or poor protection will be refused. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to protect and insure the returned product(s) during transport.

Thus, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to SAS ASTRODISIAC as a whole and in its original packaging at the following address:

The returned item must be unworn and accompanied by a copy of the purchase order or invoice and informally, note the reason for return, so that we can improve our service. Products returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be exchanged or refunded.

Refund
The refund of the item will be made upon receipt of it. This refund is made by any means of payment. However, at the suggestion of SAS ASTRODISIAC, the customer may opt for another repayment method.
If a discount code is used when ordering, the refund will take this discount into account.
Our customer service will contact the customer to inform them of the correct refund of the item.

Exchange
The item will be exchanged within 30 days of receipt at SAS ASTRODISIAC.
The customer must include a flat-rate check for the cost of preparing and sending the new selected item.
If the new order is for a higher amount, the customer must attach the remaining payment to the exchange request. Conversely, if the exchange amount is lower than the initial amount, the customer will be refunded the amount of the difference.

In case of delivery error
If a delivery error has been made in relation to the order, the company SAS ASTRODISIAC will cover the costs of return by sending a Colissimo Voucher that the customer must paste on the parcel before taking it to his post office; If the customer makes the return on his own, SAS ASTRODISIAC will refund the customer with a lump sum of €5.95.
Article 9: Right of withdrawal
From the date of receipt or withdrawal of his order, the customer has a period of 14 days to announce his decision of withdrawal and return, at his expense, the products not suitable for him.
This period shall run from the day of delivery of the consumer's order. If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it shall be extended until the next working day. After this period, the delivered products will be deemed compliant and accepted by the customer and the company DESIGN'NAA reserves the right to refuse the exchange, the credit or the refund.

Only the products returned as a whole, in their original packaging complete and intact and in perfect condition of resale, will be taken back. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

Product Warranty
Jewelery is guaranteed for one year unless otherwise stated in the article sheet. The warranty is limited to the value of the item and is only valid if the product is used for its intended use and under normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear due to regular use, poor maintenance, improper use, wear due to friction, exposure to extreme temperatures, acids (including very high acidity of some skins), solvents and chemicals.

force majeure
Neither party will have breached its contractual obligations, to the extent that their performance will be delayed, impeded or prevented by chance or force majeure. All irresistible facts or circumstances, external to the parties, unpredictable, unavoidable, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be prevented by the parties, despite all reasonable efforts, shall be considered as an accident or force majeure.
